Our Bali Blue Coffee is grown on the island of Bali in Indonesia.

It is a rare and unique coffee that is highly sought after by coffee enthusiasts due to its distinct flavor profile.

Bali Blue Coffee is made from Arabica coffee beans that are grown in the highlands of Bali, at an altitude of around 1,200 to 1,600 meters above sea level. These beans are harvested by hand and then processed using the wet method, which involves removing the outer layers of the coffee cherry and fermenting the beans to enhance their flavor.

The resulting cup of coffee is usually described as smooth and sweet, with a mild acidity and a distinct flavor profile that includes notes of dark chocolate, tropical fruit, and hints of caramel. Bali Blue Coffee is typically medium to dark roasted to bring out its unique flavors and to create a rich and bold taste that is perfect for espresso-based drinks.

Bali Blue Coffee is a relatively rare coffee due to its limited production, and it is often sold at a premium price. However, coffee enthusiasts who try it often find it to be worth the price due to its unique and complex flavor profile.

Our Bali Blue organic coffee is grown in the Volcanic Loam soil at an altitude above 1200m by Smallholder farmers from Kintamani, in Bali Indonesia. It's then hand picked, wet-hulled and dried on raised beds, creating a unique bold flavor.
